I wanted to thank you for your help, concerns, and diligence regarding the sale of our home in Alpharetta, GA at 2135 Newport Landing. Your performance on our behalf was as extraordinary as the circumstances we were and still under.
Forgetting for a moment that we were repeat business(You helped us find this home), you came in an instant when the direct buyer I'd found walked on the same day I was to leave to join Carole in California. I think we entered our agreement with you as our agent in literally a matter of minutes.
We also appreciated your ongoing contact through the holidays, bad weather, and a variety of buyers who must have driven you as crazy with demands as they did to us. We knew to be patient when we heard the confidence in your voice when you told us to do just that.
I specially want to thank you for the understanding you gave me when I was grief stricken at the tragic loss of a close family member in the middle of this final sale negotiation process and closing. You helped me focus in the middle of a sudden loss.
